It’s been a while…
It’s amazing how fast the last few months have gone… Time for a catch up!
First up is Luka Bloom playing the Moat Theatre in Naas.
Next up is Keith Plunkett playing the Hardly Strictly Acoustic Festival in Naas early in September.
Next up at the Hardly Strictly Acoustic Festival was Hvmmingbyrd.
Oh and Davie Furey also played!
I got to see Aindrias de Staics latest show “Seven Shades” in September also!
Final show, at least so far, was Hally and the Hymns in the Workmans Dublin.
So yeah, that’s it so far! Stay tuned for more!

Hey, Guess What? It’s More Gig Pics!
I haven’t updated the blog in a while, been a tad busy with life in general!!!
Anyway, another couple of months, another gig or two or three…
The month started with the Brian Downey Alive & Dangerous at Rock the Yard in Leixlip.
Later that night were the rather bloody good Riptide Movement.
Then a week or so later, we had the incredible Helmet live in Whelans Dublin!
The amazing Hvmmingbyrd paid a visit to Naas and sure I had to head along!
It was time to do a bit of travelling, so I headed to Cork to see Gavin James play Live at the Marquee.
After Cork, I headed back to Kildare to see Hally launch Peeling Onions Vol.2 in the Riverbank Arts Centre.
After that, I took it easy and attended a small gig in Croke Park, Dublin… First on the bill was Noel Gallagher.
Next up were newcomers on the scene, U2…
What could you do after seeing the biggest band in the world, well you head back to Whelans in Dublin to see some great music!
First up were Dansi from Newcastle in the UK.
And later that night, were Wexford locals, Corner Boy.
And that pretty much sums up June and July gig wise… Tune in next time for some more photos!

More Gig Photos
I haven’t posted here in a few months, so it’s time to catch up with some gig pics!
First up is the I Draw Slow gig in the Dara Cinema in Naas in February.
Support on the night was from Keith Plunkett and the Mariannes.
That’s Colin Derham from I Draw Slow.
Next up were King Kong Company in the Academy in April. Support on the night was from the utterly brilliant This Side Up.
Roll on May and it was the turn of the Niall Toner Band in Mcauley Place Naas. Support on the night was from Lisa Loughrey.
Last up in May was Wolff In Whelans Dublin. Support on the night was from Sub Motion.
Actually, I lied… Directly after Wolff, I popped in to see the end of Paddy Caseys set, also in Whelans. That’s Paddy with Gar Tiernan there.
That’s it… That’s the gigs so far this year. There are more to come though!
