Oops a daisy…

It would seem that someone over at Autodesk HQ is in line for a spanking!

Earlier in the week, @autodesk were happily tweeting about the following “#HSMExpress now integrated into #Inventor Suite to improve teamwork & efficiency”

That all sounds good, except the picture they tweeted was actually of Solidworks, by rivals Dassault Systèmes!

Autodesk, as you can see below, have since replaced the offending tweet.

It’s amazing the things that make me smile…

A Fortnight Plus Half...

Sometimes I wonder why tourists come to Ireland, what with the generally shite weather and high costs of eating and drinking out when compared to other countries in Europe.

Then someone comes along and makes a holiday video which reminds me of all I have seen and all I have yet to see in my own country.

This is a fantastic video, beautifully done and deserves to be seen by as large an audience as possible.

• Support for Windows Vista (32 bit and 64 bit) is no longer available.
• Support for Linux Suse and Mandriva is no longer available.
• Installation notes: no change
• Activation: No change. The Activation dialog (free Version *only*) is still displayed at start up.
• New Features: Quality release, no new functionalities added.

• Resolve options for EditPolyline when using Pan transparently.

Poor old Drico. What a way to have your Lions career ended. I can’t help but feel there was more too it than simply tactics. In other news, Warren Gatland, win or lose on Saturday, you’ll still be a tool.
